On 14 Nov 2014, the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) announced to consult on 103 pesticide maximum residue limits (MRLs) for 58 pesticides, including 16 herbicides,15 insecticides, 22 fungicides, 3 plant growth regulators(PGRs), 2 acaricides and 1 nematicide.The MRLs were drafted by the Department of Crop Production of the MoA. The public comments have been opened until 15 Dec 2014. The details see the table below:
